The John Grim Team is a dedicated father–daughter duo proudly serving the Hanover area with deep roots and decades of combined experience.

John Grim
John is a lifelong resident of the Hanover area and a 1974 graduate of Delone Catholic High School. He is also a graduate of the Pennsylvania Realtors Institute (GRI), obtained his broker’s license in 1988, and has completed numerous college credits in the real estate field.

John specializes in residential real estate development and the construction of new homes, bringing decades of hands-on knowledge and market insight to every client he serves. He and his wife, Steph, have two married children and six grandchildren — all proud residents of the Hanover community.


Kelly Grim MacGregor
Kelly is also a lifelong Hanover resident and a 2003 graduate of Hanover High School. She earned her Associate of Science degree from the University of Phoenix in 2012 before obtaining her real estate license in 2017.
After spending ten years in the medical field, Kelly transitioned into real estate, where she now focuses primarily on residential and commercial sales, as well as land and lot sales. Kelly and her husband, Chuck, have four children who have been actively involved in the community throughout their school years.

With a lifetime of history in the Hanover area, John and Kelly bring unmatched local knowledge, strong community ties, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market.

Together, they are a dynamic, approachable team — always available, always knowledgeable, and always ready to serve.
